Here Are the Main Points of Our Service Agreement
Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for the accuracy and compliance of all scripts, messages, and leads you provide (including opt-ins and DNC list compliance).
Liability: Upside AI is not responsible for lost revenue, data loss, or compliance fines.
Independent Contractor: Upside AI is not your employee or partner, we are an independent contractor.
Confidentiality: Both parties keep business and customer data confidential.
Force Majeure: We’re not liable for issues outside our control (e.g., outages, natural disasters).
Governing Law: Pennsylvania law applies.
Billing & Cancellation: After trial period, payments are auto-billed monthly. Non-refundable. To cancel, email [email protected] with subject “Upside AI Service Cancellation” at least 5 days before the next billing date.
